Fin Másters going well in Cairo. At the end of day 1, Sabina has 2 bronzes and 1 silver - I have 2 silvers despite slowish times. Our SA swimmers Liz and Frederic swimming well but no medals yet. Gillian from QLD has 2 world records 23s in 50 and 51s in the 100 with flippers. Relays tomorrow - wish you were all here. Train hard all!
