Fabulous swims from 7 mile to Kingston, how lucky are we! Now the holidays have officially arrived we will be taking a break from our regular pool lane sessions. We have swim locations and times locked in with some free Range days also (swim where you like) keep an eye on your socials for any updated swim events.

What an epic start to our ocean swimming season.

After a long winter of training a few of our Tomatoes took on the Coolangatta Gold with spectacular results, both podium and personal, team and individual. Competitors Anna Sargent, Shayne Jupp, Richard Boult, Nick Benson, ( Amanda Duggan ) and Rob Peart. The results were sensational , all recording personal bests: Anna took to the podium for silver in her age group in 03:03:45 Juppy a blistering 17 minute PB in the time of 02:59:27 Rob and Richard collaborated a dynamic 2,590m swim leg in 00:53:20 to bring there team into 9th place (190) Nick and Amanda's team Clifton Burnie team scored Gold in there category OUTSTANDING! (190)

A massive effort yesterday by everyone - it had a bit of everything: fast-50s; lolly-bowl; fast-25s; flares; pyramids; headbands; no-breath 25s; Nick Benson flat batteries; weak excuses?; home-cooking; Joe Doran in a rainbow tie-dye shirt; Filthy up-skirt views no one needed; burst Tomatoes caps; Filthy shotgun race start; bobbing in the water like tomato apples; Early Girl actually early; Rob Peart reminding everyone he’s sore and can’t swim very fast; Joe Doran coaching mid-event Did I miss anything?
